The Trophy will be displayed in the Independence stadium, Bakau for public viewing on October 7, 2009 after handing it over to H.E the President of the Republic,Yahya Jammeh, and Chief Patron of The Gambia Football Association.

Thus, the management of The GFA invites all league clubs, football academies; Scorpions' fans club and SoS Children's village-a FIFA partner to this historic event.

Furthermore, all Nawettan Committees must suspend all Nawaettan matches scheduled on Wednesday October 7, 2009 to afford all and sundry the extraordinary opportunity to be part of this World Cup history.
