Nigeria: Smedan Trains 150 on Kilishi For Export

Bauchi — About 150 persons are being trained on the modern method of making dry meat otherwise known as Kilishi in Bauchi State by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (SMEDAN) to make the product more appealing for export.

The Director General of SMEDAN Alhaji Nadada Umar said in an address at the opening ceremony of the training in Bauchi yesterday that the decision to organize the training followed a study by the agency on Kilishi production.
