Harare — President Mugabe yesterday said information communication technology should not be used as weapons of aggression, but as tools for international peace, understanding and solidarity.
Addressing the International Telecommunication Union Council of Ministers here, President Mugabe castigated the continued violation of Zimbabwe's airwaves by some Western countries whose radio broadcast systems were bent on furthering their obnoxious regime change agendas.
