Bauchi — About 150 people are being trained on modern method of making dry meat, otherwise known as 'Kilishi' in Bauchi state by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (SMEDAN) in an effort to make the product more appealing for the foreign market.
Director General of the agency, Alhaji Nadada Umar, said, in an address at the opening ceremony of the training in Bauchi yesterday, that the decision to organise the training followed an assessment study made by the agency on Kilishi producers in the state.
