Rwanda: Miss KIE Blames School for Charity Woes

Kigali — Miss Kigali Institute of Education (KIE) 2008 has blamed the institute for her failure to implement the students' charity work.

In an interview with The New Times, Nazia Mutungirehe, castigated the school's administration for doing nothing in terms of financing the programmes she had presented to the school.
