For a long time to come, officials and inmates of the Federal Prisons, Agodi, Ibadan will relish the 49th independence anniversary of the country. They could have been treated to some pleasurable times in the past, but that occasion presented a different picture as the office of the Wife of the Oyo State Governor, Kemi Alao-Akala literally relocated to the prison yard for the celebration of the independence anniversary. It was a moment the inmates were offered temporary freedom as they sang and danced. They took their turns to be served a take away plate of rice brought to the prison for them.
