Nigeria: Nigerite Moves Against High Building Cost

Lagos — A building construction company, Nigerite Plc says it is planning a package that would guarantee Nigerians ability to own and build their houses.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Arcitect Toyin Gbede, the development was borne out of the ever increasing need for shelter and problem of accommodation in the country.

Gbede,who spoke weekend in Lagos while receiving an excellent award presented to his company by Construction Engineering Digest, said Nigerite is positioned change the face of the building sector in the country through innovative and customer-friendly packages.

He also said two new brand of building materials that is environmentally friendly would soon hit the Nigerian market.

According to him, the two brands, Ultra Span System and Pvalohol fibre will replace natural fibre which is goog for the ecosystem.

He said the two brands would be cost-effective and customer friendly.
