Commonwealth Deputy Secretary-General Mmasekgoa Masire Mwamba received Mr Ndumiso Mamba, the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Kingdom of Swaziland at Marlborough House, the headquarters of Commonwealth Secretariat in London on 16 October 2009.
The minister led a team from Swaziland that updated officials from the Commonwealth Secretariat on the process of establishing a Commission on Human Rights and Public Administration.
