Zain mobile network continues to give its numerous customers something new to smile at.
Latest among the series of promotions of the company is the "Zain Happy day' promotion'.
The promotion was launched yesterday to give back to all pre-paid mobile customers what they have spent in a 24 hour to use as bonus credit in the next 24hour period.
Like the much talked-about 'You pay, Zain pays' offer, 'Zain Happy Day' rewards the customers for continuous use of the network with no limit on the bonus amount given back.
Speaking at the launch, Marketing Manager of Zain, Tara Squire said under the promotion customers are given the option to enjoy the offer by monthly subscription of to the service, stressing "subscribed customers will have all the credit spent in 24hours on local voice calls, SMS, MMS and video calls returned to them in the following 24hours period to spend on the same services."
However, international calls and credit used on data will not spend on the service.
The 'Zain Happy Day' service was said to have been designed after customer feedback about the 'You pay, Zain pays' offer which gave bonus credit after one month of usage.
The shorter period of usage and bonus period will allow customers to feel the benefits of the promotion within twenty four hours of subscribing to service.
Customers can subscribe to the service by texting '026' to short code 121 or visit a Zain shop for assistance.
Upon successful subscription, GH ¢2.00 is deducted from the customer's credit account as the initial subscription fee and at the end of every 30 days cycle to remain subscribed to the service.
Once subscribed, the service will be automatically renewed as long as the subscription amount of GH ¢2.00 remains in the account on the day of renewal. In this case, the customer will be automatically unsubscribed from the service.
Meanwhile, customers on the 'You pay, Zain pays' promotion which is set to end in December who subscribe to the 'Happy Day' offer will change their bonus cycle from one month to 24 hours and will lose accrued bonuses for the bonus month.
That notwithstanding, customers who subscribe to this service cannot return to the 'You pay, Zain pays' offer'.
