Luanda — At least 2,000 plastic sheets and a Kamaz car were handed over by the International Organisation for Migration to assist Angola citizens that had been repatriated from the Democratic Republic of Congo and settled in the northern Zaire priovince, Angop has learnt.
The donation was handed over by the International Organisation of Migration (OIM) and the occasion, its chief in Angola, Katharina Schnoring, said the orgnisation gave also 2,000 canvas to accommodate the repatriated people.
He added that 73 per cent of these people is already accommodated in Zaire province, the region where is located the biggest sheltering field called Mamã Rosa.
