Kuito — Bié Province population is flocking to the Identity Card issuing posts for new cards (ID), ANGOP learnt from the justice department local director, Mateus Balanca.
The official stressed that the inauguration of such ID issuing systems on October 19, the only post in Kuito City, was full with citizens searching the services.
Mateus Balanca stated that the post issues 100 cards daily, insufficient quantity in relation to the demand of citizens.
The source guaranteed that in future, the institution will finish with overcrowding in that region, as soon as the Justice Ministry sends mobile teams to circulate in every district of Bié Province.
