Some women abandoned the march along the way and were picked up by relay vehicles or by the ambulance. At the end, it was all feasting and merry making at the Etok-Kos resort in Simbock-Yaounde.

According to the chief of service for human resources and training at ART, Eyene Marol Justin, the walk is organised every three months to motivate the personnel of the corporation foster the spirit of friendship with workers of the other corporations. It is for this reason that they have been to Zamengwe to see the electricity plant, visited a small zoo in Mfou last year and this year the focus was to discover the Etok-Kos tourist resort with the possibility of fishing in an artificial lake or having a canoe ride.
