Nigeria: 28 Citizens Deported From Spain Arrive

Lagos — Another set of 28 Nigerians deported from Spain arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, yesterday morning.

An immigration source told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at the airport that the deportees were conveyed home aboard a chartered flight marked AEA 911 at about 4 a.m.

Fifty-three Nigerians were deported from the same country on October 28.

The source, who sought anonymity, said the deportees comprised 13 males and 15 females.

According to him, eight of them had cases with the police, one was deported for drug-related offences, while the other 19 breached immigration requirements.
