Tunis — As part of the celebration of the 22nd anniversary of the Change, the Tunisian Motorcycle Federation and Related Disciplines is organizing an international event of motorcycles and quads dubbed "2009 Enduro Carthage ". The event will take place on November 7, 2009 between t Raoued and Gammarth, North Tunisia.
The news was announced during a press conference held on Tunis, on Monday.
8 Arab countries, including Tunisia, and 3 European countries such as Italy, France and Poland will compete for two titles, concerning Arab countries and European countries.
Anis Nabli, Sofiane Jebara Samir Hizem, Taieb Hizem Hassan Jemmali and Moncef Dhabeh, are the six Tunisian athletes who will take part in this event.
The race which will cover a 4 Km track, will be run from 10 am to 11 am and the other from 14 pm to 15 pm the same day.
Thanks to the participation of several world champions in the "2009 Enduro Carthage ", the competition will be a good opportunity for Tunisian racers and motorcyclists to take advantage of these international experiences. Organizers also hope to seize this opportunity to promote motor sports competitions in Tunisia.
