Publication is dedicated to party chairman, Biya for honouring region with P.M, Yang Philemon.

«The Pathfinder", October 2009 edition published by the Coordination unit of North West CPDM Section Presidents is around. The difference is the special character of the publication dedicated to party chairman, Paul Biya for honouring the North West with the appointment of their son, H.E Yang Philemon as Prime Minister, Head of government last June 30, 2009. The quarterly publication is an innovation in the coordination's approach to improve the image of the ruling party, keep militants and readers regularly updated on issues that concern the party and the nation.

Vol. 1 No. 002 of the pathfinder carries an editorial explaining that party chairman, Paul Biya needs another mandate at the helm of state as a tried and tested leader, a man with many rivals yet, no equals. The Editorial Director, John B. Ndeh writes that the character and management skills of President Biya will make the difference in 2011. Away from that, the special edition features North Westerners heralding the appointment of Yang Philemon as the Prime Minister of Cameroon.

How the North West region should reciprocate President Biya's hand of fellowship, clarifications on key party texts, the CPDM as the development pathfinder in the North West and the role of the coordination unit, its achievements and contribution to CPDM elections in the region feature prominently in the news magazine. That apart, contributors to the 37 page production with Nfor Francis as the Editor -in-chief carries a list of North West CPDM section presidents, CPDM run parliamentary constituencies/councils in the region, a message of encouragement to the P.M, Yang Philemon and pictures of the Coordination's council of wise and senior party officials like S.N Tamfu, Rt.
