Publication is dedicated to party chairman, Biya for honouring region with P.M, Yang Philemon.
«The Pathfinder", October 2009 edition published by the Coordination unit of North West CPDM Section Presidents is around. The difference is the special character of the publication dedicated to party chairman, Paul Biya for honouring the North West with the appointment of their son, H.E Yang Philemon as Prime Minister, Head of government last June 30, 2009.
