Abuja — MTN Nigeria has said recharge problem being experienced by some of its customers in the country is due to a fault in its recharge equipment.
MTN Corporate Services Executive, Wale Goodluck, in a statement in Lagos said: "MTN wishes to apologise to its esteemed customers who might have been having difficulties while attempting to load their phones with credit in the past few days. Some of our subscribers receive failure notices upon making recharge requests, while some have credit pending in our system".
