Kampala — Ivorian Aruna Dindane joined James Beattie and Bobby Zamora as Monitor Fantasy Football League player of the week following his thrilling performance at the weekend.
The Portsmouth forward hit a hat-trick against Wigan to stack 25 points, with each goal picking five points, another five as bonus for the three goals, two for starting and three for the fourth goal's assist. Alexander, Van Persie and Frank Lampard followed with 17, 15 and 12 points respectively.
Arsenal's Thomas Vermaelen continued as the fantasy football's most favourite player with 348 managers seeking his services by yesterday afternoon. Manchester United's Edwin Van der sar and Portsmouth's David James are the leading goal keepers.
