Tunis — Participants in the 21st International Symposium of the Constitutional Democratic Rally (RCD) expressed their heartfelt congratulations to President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali on the 22nd anniversary of the Change and on his brilliant victory in the October 25, 2009 presidential elections.

In a message sent to the Head of State, participants in the Symposium underline that this brilliant victory reflects, once more, the Tunisian people's adherence to the President of the Republic's pertinent guidelines which helped Tunisia make significant gains in all areas.

They also emphasise that the RCD's outstanding legislative success shows the leading role of this party of the majority and of all segments and generations of Tunisia, "the country of stability and security."
