Uganda: Express FC's Mubiru Back As a Hitman

Kampala — HASSAN Mubiru scored his first Uganda Super League goal since 2007 to help Express to a 2-0 victory over Maji yesterday.

The former Cranes striker showed composure as he tapped in a Julius Ogwang first minute cross at Nakivubo.

Noah Ssemakula made it 2-0 shortly before the interval.In Mbale, Anthony Musana's 82nd minute goal helped visiting Iganga ambush CRO.

Elsewhere, Bunamwaya cruised to a priceless 2-0 win over hosts Hoima.

Meanwhile, the SC Villa -- Kinyara match that was due today is put off after the death of top goalkeepers' trainer Fred Lukwago.
