Kampala — FIREMASTERS failed to beat Nalubaale at Nakivubo yesterday but still regained the Uganda Super League lead. The two sides settled for a goalless draw in a match where Nalubaale had the upper hand but were let down by poor finishing.

Charles Tibaingana was Nalubaale's main culprit fluffing the day's biggest chance after a brilliant build-up with Patrick Edema. The two goalkeepers on either side were also outstanding.

Firemasters, who at kick-off were sharing the league lead with Express, wound up the day on top with 13 points.
