Windhoek — The Agricultural Bank of Namibia (Agribank) has implemented the Software Application Programme (SAP) and Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) aimed at improving client service delivery.
The SAP and ERP, which are available at all Agribank branches countrywide, are also aimed at contributing to the reduction of the loan processing cycle.
Agribank's chief executive officer (CEO) Leonard Ipumbu said that with the new programs, clients can now get assistance with regards to their loan applications and enquiries from any Agribank branch.
"Agribank is passionate about excellent client service delivery in order to provide effective solutions to all its business partners", he noted.
Ipumbu said clients will have far-reaching benefits of continuously getting excellent client services 'going forward' such as friendly, detailed and updated client statements and invoices.
Ipumbu appealed to all the clients of Agribank to bear with the bank during this transformation period, and to contact any Agribank branch when they receive their statements for further clarification.
Ipumpu said the SAP Enterprise Resource Programme is a widely-used information technology system in Namibia and the world for offering best business solutions to improve business operations, client satisfaction and also improving the bottom lines of organizations.
