Concept College London and World Information Distribution University, Belgium, in collaboration with London Training centre (LTC), will organize the African Award of Excellence 2009 and graduation ceremony on Sunday 8th November 2009.
The ceremony will also witness the college's maiden edition of an African Awards of Excellence, which will see a number of deserving individuals being awarded for their invaluable contributions to national development in their respective fields of work, and countries.
According to a press release issued yesterday, among the Gambian awardees are: The Lord Mayor of Banjul Hon. Samba Faal, Lord Mayor of KMC Hon. Yankuba Colley; amongst others from other countries especially Nigeria where politicians and administrators are being honored.
Corporate awards will also be given to distinct corporations and bodies like Africell, Gamcel and Uncle Sam Security Service for their role in development and community corporate responsibility.
