Uganda: Byekwaso Keen On Sh60 Million Cash Award

Kampala — USPA body builder of 2008 Ivan Byekwaso has entered the Musclemania Bodybuilding event starting in the United States, November 19-21.

The 29-year old national middleweight champion and heavyweight star Christopher Ssennono, will be battling for a share of $30,000 (sh60m) in prize money. The natural body building championship has attracted top athletes from around the world.

"I sent my photographs and videos to the organisers and they liked my stature and build," Byekwaso who is also Mr Kampala explained yesterday. "I have to go and compete for a share of that $30,000 prize money."

One of Kenya's top bodybuilder will also be in action. After the US championship, Byekwaso will return to defend the Mr.Uganda title whose action is due on November 29.
