Ball Conge are tipped favourites following a clean sheet of unbeaten runs since they lost to league defending champions Rangers, in the group stages of the nawettan, having comfortably beat Eden Boarder.
Papa Sarr's men are red hot after a comprehensive 2-1 victory over old foes Eden Boarder, at the S/K East park recently, a victory Ball Conge replicated three days later in both the knockout and league trophy.
Striker Ousman Touray fired the go ahead in the first-half for Bundung- base Ball Conge, converting Musa Bala Sowe's through ball, who handed his side a commanding lead.
Eden Boarder's tactician instruction didn't fall into deaf ears when his side equalized upon re-start via Buteh Trawally from a penalty spot after Ball Conge's shot stopper Modou Jobe chopped down advancing Eden's Sainey Jaiteh in the box.
Eden continued surging forward to avoid another embarrassing defeat, fueling an all out revenge but occasionally failed to venture deep into the opposing side's area.
A fine one-two play from winger Habibou Koroma who had been slightly silent for the evening with defender Laighty Secka down the right side of the field found Ousman Touray unmarked who simply chested it down unchallenged in the box and agonizingly rattled it on the post. But it was far from safety for the Eden Boarder side, when Koroma sent another cross inside the area. This time Pierre Sanyang nodded it in to restore pride for Ball Conge in front an uproarious crowd, wrapping a double win over Eden Boarder with a 2-1 final tie.
