Kampala — REIGNING champions Makerere University could miss the 13th edition of the National University Games due December 19-23 at Nkumba University.
In a letter to captains of different disciplines, senior sports tutor Peninah Kabenge said they could not participate due to unavoidable circumstances. "This is both regrettable and unfortunate for teams which have been training," Kabenge regretted.
