Determined to improve its brand visibility and bring its products and services closer to the end users in remote and major urban centres, Omatek Ventures Plc, has launched its chains of franchisee retail outlets in the South West and South South Regions of the country.
Announcing the development in Lagos recently at the Omatek Resellers' forum, the company's Group Managing Director, Mrs. Florence Seriki said that the deployment of the channel market will further boost the company's market share and ensure that everyone has equal and unhindered access to procuring Omatek products.
According to her, "with this development, Omatek range of products such as desktop computers, laptops, car adaptors, chargers, Omatek Security smart phones, power inverters, UPS as well as home entertainment products such as home theatres, LCD screens, speaker sets among others can now be accessed at Franchisee show rooms in Uyo, PortHarcourt, Osogbo, Asaba, Abeokuta, Calabar, Lagos and some parts of the West Coast like cotonou.
"Apart from making Omatek range of products available at these franchisee show-rooms which have been well branded, these outlets will also serve as collation centres for the Omatek consumer scheme tagged Omatek e-xpress initiative" she added.
Also, Omatek Group Head, Channel Marketing, Mr. Valentine Otiono added that the initiative was driven by the need to meet the aspiration of Consumers for the brand, thereby consolidating its position in ICT products and the first computer company to be listed on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
