10 November 2009

Dundo — The deputy governor of the north-eastern Lunda Norte province for Social Affairs, Moisés Chingongo, Monday in Dundo, called on the civil society to come up with contributions towards the drafting of the future Constitution.

Speaking to Angop, the official said that the three systems under discussion in the country define the state's fundamental principles and, as sovereign, citizens must contribute their opinions to this exercise, with a view to the approval of the new Constitutional.

The three Constitution drafts proposes for Angola three alternative governing systems: they are the Presidential system (A), the Semi Presidential (B) and the Presidential-Parliamentary (C).

The presentation of the drafts in the province started over the weekend during a session attended by the local governor, Ernesto Muangala.
