Ibadan — The world renowned evangelist, Reinhard Bonnke yesterday visited Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala who said his administration would continue to uphold its belief in religious tolerance and harmony.
He stated this during the visit. Reinhard Bonnke will start a crusade in the city for five days.
Governor Akala attributed the relative peace and tranquility prevalent in the State to the high level of religious tolerance of the government and the entire people of the State.
He said God had continued to use Evangelist Bonnke for His divine purpose in many nations for the spiritual upliftment and liberation of the people just as God had been using the present administration in Oyo State to liberate the people from poverty and hunger.
