The visitors entourage will have Patrick Mboma, Francois Omam Biyick, his brother Andre Kana Biyick, Cyril Makanaky, Pius Ndiefi and Emmanuel Maboang Kessack.
Mboma's team is coming under Association of Cameroonian Sportsmen.
The west Africans will be joined by east Africa's former greats including Edibily Lunyamila, Sulaiman Madaraka of Tanzania, Kenya's Tony Lwanga, Henry Mutego and Rwanda's Olivier Karekezi.
The visit comes five months after a group of former Brazilian soccer stars visited Uganda on a similar tour of East and South Africa.
