Tunis — As part of the Rugby world cup trophy tour, 2011 trophy was presented in Tunis during a press conference held on Friday at the international Press Center.

The press conference also focused on the first leg of the rugby world cup finals which will take place tomorrow at the El Menzah rugby pitch between the Tunisian national team and the Namibian one.

Mr. Bill Beaumont, Vice President of the International rugby Board (IRB) and member of the executive IRB Bureau, Mr.Abdelaziz Bougja, President of the African Rugby Federation, and Mr. Khalid Babou, President of the Tunisian Rugby Federation were present at the event.

A large number of journalists from various newspapers as well as local and international TV channels were also present to report on the event.

In an interview with TUNISIAONLINENEWS Mr. Bill Beaumont, expressed his enthusiasm concerning the future of rugby in Tunisia.

On his part, Tunisia's coach Mr. Danny de Villiers said that " tomorrow is a big day for Tunisia and that he is confident the team will qualify".
