Kampala — UGANDA Sports Press Association (USPA) will join other groups on the continent to celebrate Africa Statistics Day that annually falls on November 18.
USPA will face a team of Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) in a football match as part of activities to mark the day. Action is due at Makerere sports ground on Monday.
UBOS communication and public relations manager Godfrey Nabongo, said this year's theme is "Strengthening Civil registration and vital statistics systems in support of national development in Africa."
