At least three government soldiers have been killed and 9 others have been wounded after truck accident occurred in Dolow district in southern Somalia, witnesses and officials told Shabelle radio on Sunday.
Officials told reporters that the accident happened as a vehicle which the transitional government troops were traveling had turned over in Dolow district in Gedo region, killing three of the soldiers injuring nine others.
"It was traveling very fast with high speed and then it caused to turn over and kill three government troops and wound more other people," said Eyewitness
Medical officials said that the people who were injured in the truck accident were in a very critical condition and treated in the main hospital of the district in Gedo region.
Truck accidents are often caused by inexpert drivers who always drive vehicles with very high speed through the rough streets in the country and it is the most serious accident that causes more casualties of deaths and injuries happen in the Dolow district since the transitional government reached there in southern Somalia.
