Serengeti Breweries Limited has injected over Sh40 million to boost the ongoing East African Legislative Assemblies soccer tournament going on at Sheikh Amri Abeid stadium in Arusha
The firm's Corporate and Information Manager Teddy Mapunda said the amount includes sporting gear and prizes to the winners including medals and trophies to the to be the event's winners.
She said injected boost aimed to show the firm's support the community and join them in marking the 10th anniversary.
The deputy clark of the East African legislative assembly Keneth Madete named the countries whose MPs taking part in the tournament as
Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Arusha Wazee Veteran and East African Community workers and parliamentarians.
The soccer tournament climaxes tomoorow at the same venue ,while the presentation of the trophies and other token will be made during the official closing ceremony on November 20.
