Francistown — The Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) is hosting a customer service forum at Thapama Hotel here today, the third such event.
The Head of CEDA Marketing and Communications, Alina Masenya, says other customer service forums are billed for Palapye, Letlhakane and Selibe-Phikwe.
Masenya says CEDA is making efforts to build mutually beneficial relationships with the customer base by means of such forums. "We have identified customer service as a strategic leverage area in transforming ourselves into a customer-centric organisation," Masenya said.
Masenya says that her organisation is also keen about providing quality service. "We believe that the provision of quality service can be realised through the management of strategic partnerships and by continuously reviewing our processes and procedures," she says.
"We are excited about these interactions as they will enable us to share information with our customers and present opportunities for us to gain valuable feedback."
Meanwhile, at the forum at Thapama Hotel today, CEDA will also launch its Tip-Off Anonymous service. "This is a service that allows the public to anonymously report any act of fraud and corruption through toll-free lines that have been set up," says Masenya.
"The Tip-Off Anonymous service and the customer service forums are some of the initiatives that demonstrate our commitment to improving our service delivery and help us get closer to our customers."
