Kampala — THE Police in Bugiri have arrested a British national for allegedly driving a vehicle while kissing a woman. The man, indentified as Smith Williams, was arrested while driving a Nissan Patrol vehicle while kissing a Swedish woman only identified as Suzie believed to be his wife.

Williams, who was also spedding, was heading towards Busia border.

The Bugiri district officer in-charge of traffic, Joseph Tibeijuka said such behaviour could cause accidents.

Tibeijuka said Williams would be charged in court with reckless driving while kissing a woman.

The vehicle was driven to Bugiri central police station after his arrest.
