One Modou Lamin Hydara, a man who is said to have been arraigned before different courts in The Gambia over various criminal acts, was on Tuesday 10th November 2009 arraigned before Principal Magistrate Joseph Ikpala of the Kanifing Magistrates Court charged with stealing.
According to the particulars of the offence, the accused, on the 15th of August 2009 at Latrikunda German stole various items valued at D30,900 from one Musa Njie. He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of D100,000 with a Gambian surety. The case was adjourned to 23rd November 2009.
