Kigali — Equity Market
Yesterday no transactions were recorded on the ROTC market. The KCB share price remained at Rwf 160. At the end of the trading session, 9,415 shares were on offer and no buyers.
Friday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 247,100 shares were traded. KCB shares traded within the range of 20.50 Kshs (Rwf157) high and 20.00 Kshs (153Rfw) low and closed at 20.00 Kshs (153Rfw).
The NSE All share index went up to +0.02 points to close at 68.43.
DSE (Dares Salaam Stock Exchange and USE (Uganda Securities Exchange) did not trade KCB shares.
The Bond Market:
On the bond market no transactions were recorded. At the close of the business, Rwf 2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf 99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf 2 billion and Rwf 5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively.
There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50.
