Accra — Hundreds of Stanbic Bank staff, clients and families poured on the streets to embark on a 16 kilometre walk, as part of the bank's 10th milestone last Saturday.
The walk, which was preceded by an aerobic exercise at the Ayi Mensah Police Station through to the Aburi mountains and to Aburi Botanical Gardens, formed part of the many activities lined up for the commemoration of the bank's 10th anniversary.
The Bank was led by its Managing Director, Mr. Alhassan Andani for the second segment of the aerobic exercise at the Aburi Gardens, where the bank engaged in other sporting activities like tug-of-war, "Kofi says", etc.
Mr. Andani revealed that the 10th milestone is a significant occasion in the bank's calendar where it will take stock and reflect on its performance over the years.
In a relaxed mood, he stated that: "When human beings grow, they fade way, but when organizations grow, they blossom, and that is why we have to support our organization."
