Tunis — On Morocco's celebration of Independence Day, President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali sent a message to congratulate king Mohamed VI, hailing the comprehensive development the brotherly state of Morocco is living through under the wise leadership of the King.

The Head of State reaffirms as well, in this message, constant will to carry on joint action to strengthen and promote fraternity and co-operation relations between the two countries, in accordance with the two peoples' aspirations for further complementarity and solidarity in order to contribute to reinforcing the building-up of the Arab Maghreb Union and the prosperity of its peoples.
