Somalia: TFG Officials Say They Captured Several People in Mogadishu

The Transitional Federal Government officials have said that they captured several people charging that they were creating insecurity situations in the Somali capital Mogadishu, official told Shabelle radio on Wednesday.

Ahmed Hassan Adow known (Ahmed Da'i), the district commissioner of Wadajir district in Banadir region said in an interview with Shabelle radio that their troops had detained more people whom he said that they committed different crimes of robbing against the people in the district pointing out that they aware of the money which the soldiers take the civilian vehicles there in the capital.

The commissioner said that they knew more that there were some of the forces against the transitional government troops adding that they will pursue them and liberate from the areas under their control in the Somali capital Mogadishu.

The district commissioner of Wadajir district Ahmed Da'i also replied the complains of the truck drivers working through the district and the other areas in Mogadishu who are taken illegal taxation money saying that they will get it a solution as soon as possible.
