Tunis — As part of developing the Tunisian-Jordanian cooperation, a Tunisian businessmen mission led by Mr. Mounir Mouakhar, President of the Tunisian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) is visiting Amman, Jordan from November 16 to 18, 2009.
The visit is marked by the conclusion of a cooperation agreement between the Tunisian and Jordanian chambers of commerce.
Signed by Mr. Mouakhar and Mr.Ridha Sifi President of Amman Chamber of Commerce the agreement aims at increasing trade exchanges between both countries and organizing sector-based partnership meetings in order to set up joint ventures in buoyant sectors and better introduce business opportunities (trade, industry, services) existent in both countries.
It also provides for intensifying the exchange between Tunisian and Jordanian businessmen's missions.
Organization of B- to-B meetings aiming at exploring new partnership opportunities between the two countries is included in the agenda of the visit.
