Nigeria: Group Gives Failed NDDC Contractors Ultimatum

Warri — THE Niger-Delta Peoples Conference (NPDC), a non-governmental organization, has given contractors who abandoned projects awarded to them by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) after collecting the total contract sums, seven days within which to refund the money or have their cases reported to the EFCC and ICPC.

National Coordinator of the group, Mr. Edisemi Yiki, said the group's investigations revealed that the money collected by such contractors was in excess of N1 billion.
