The Serrekunda East football committee suspended Omar Saho, Pa Sulayman Badjie and Modou Jarjue for their unsporting behaviour towards the central referee in a highly contested game.
The reason behind the move according to secretary general Alagie Nyassi, is to curb unsporting behaviours which had for reared its face in the area.
The Serrekunda East Sports Development Organization he said thought it prudent to deal with situations like this and as a result imposed sanctions on Omar Saho and Pa Sulayman Badjie(both from Macassa)while Rangers' stopper, Modou Jarjue bagged a two year suspension.
"The reason behind this [is to] make sure we have a nawettan free of violence" stated Nyassi.
This is not the first time players have been suspended by the committee. Last year two Ball Conge players in the names of Modou Njie and Bakary Seedy Dampha where handed an indefinite suspension for the same aforementioned reasons by the Committe
