Bauchi — THE Sayawa Community in Bogoro Local Government Area of Bauchi State has reminded Governor Isa Yuguda of his campaign promises where he gave assurance of creating a chiefdom for the community.
According to the former Chairman of Bogoro council area, Ashriel Zabs, the elders of the community decided to remain with the governor on his campaign promises.
Zabs stated that the issue of Sayawa Chiefdom has become imperative, noting that the only way the people would be recognized and be independent is for the Sayawa to be granted their own chiefdom.
