Rwanda: Cyprus Institute Comes to Country

Kigali — Cyprus Institute of Marketing (CIM) is set to establish its learning centre in Rwanda, according Yango Hadjyannis, the Institute's Deputy Director.

"We are trying to get in touch with the Ministry of Education in Rwanda so that they can allow us to establish our learning centre there," Hadjyannis told The New Times in an interview.

Cyprus Institute of Marketing is one of the leading entrepreneurship institutes worldwide and provides knowledge and skills necessary for entry into the global business environment.

According to Hadjyannis, the global mission of this institute is to offer high quality education and training to mature career business operators by giving them a chance to improve on their skills and knowledge in the field of sales and marketing.

CIM was established in 1978 with its headquarters in Cyprus.

It provides students with rigorous and contemporary education and since operates in 50 countries.

"We are strong in Africa and we believe Rwanda will be our strong centre" said Hadjiyannis.
