Zimbabwe: DJ Clock On the Decks This Saturday

26 November 2009

Harare — AFTER Oskido's show flopped last weekend, kwaito fans were left wondering if ever there was going to be another jam of a gig lined up this festive season.

Well, word doing the rounds is that music fans should brace up for DJ Clock, one of South Africa's hot favourites in kwaito and house music circles.

The Umahamba Yedwa star is billed to rock you this Saturday at Stars Nightclub for the first time in Harare.

Harare's finest D Nosh and L Roy popularly known as D&L to club goers will support DJ Clock on the decks.

In an interview this week, D Nosh was elated that their dream date with Clock has finally turned into reality.

"It feels good to work with stars as we all want to be stars and as D&L we are equally excited to host Clock who is coming to Zimbabwe for the first time.

"We promise fans a night to remember just as we did when we hosted DJ Cndo. We had a blast of a time and a repeat of that is on this Saturday," he said.

D Nosh said DJ Clock was one of the many top artistes to feature at the joint including former Power FM DJ Otis Fraser and Cndo who will be returning to Harare on December 19 by popular demand.

He urged fun lovers to attend in their numbers saying the show would not be a disappointment as the spinners were ready for action.

With DJ Clock's latest album currently dazzling music lovers in and outside the region, the show promises to be one of the best. Promotional CD copies of his music have been circulated ahead of his one-off gig. The CD compilation includes the hits Dusk & Dawn, Umahamba Yedwa and Amanyonyoba featuring Brickz of the Sweety maBabe fame.
