Nigeria: Eid-El-Kabir - Bankole Enjoins Muslims to Be Selfless

Abuja — The Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Dimeji Sabur Bankole has called on all Nigerian Muslims to be selfless and committed to the teachings of Islam.

In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, the Speaker said the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir, does not only signify joy but also a symbol of the deep love of Almighty Allah to humanity.

Dimeji Bankole said the celebration is an event of huge importance given the selfless service rendered to humanity by Mohammed, the Holy Muslim Prophet, in his life time, adding that Nigerians should emulate this virtue and be selfless in whatever they do by putting the nation first.
