Kampala — Uganda Prisons has started producing seedlings to supply to farmers and the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) programme.
Prisons commissioner general Dr. Johnson Byabashaija said they started growing seedlings after private seed processors pulled out of the business after encountering losses.
