Nigeria: Benin Catholic Diocese, Top Priest on War Path

Benin — CRISIS is brewing in the Catholic Diocese of Benin as some Reverend Fathers are set for a show down with a top priest (names withheld) in the Diocese, who is acting on behalf of the Bishop of the diocese, Bishop Richard Burk, currently being investigated by the Vatican.

The said Reverend Father was accused of using his present position to favour some persons presumed to be loyal to him, just as Vanguard learnt that he had perfected plans to post those whom he presumed to be threat to his administration to rural areas.
