Africa: Big Brother - Itai's Time is Up

Having survived a number of evictions, Itai is finally up for eviction with Africa baying for his blood. Last week the Zimbabwean survived when he saved himself and put Nigeria's Geraldine up, who was eventually evicted.

But this week his survival is almost non-existent given that he is up against Angolan Emma who got only 3 votes last week, Mzamo (Malawi) who has won Africa over and Kevin (Nigeria) who for some reason is hated and liked in the equal measure. Itai's quibbling nature led to some viewers claiming that had he been put up against Ruby (former guest dog), Ruby would have survived. Head of Hosue Edward was blamed for saving him two weeks ago when Africa was waiting to show him the exit.

Horserace for two

The last nomination/eviction is this Sunday, and then there will be five housemates left for the final week. As it currently stands, the race is between Kevin and Namibia's Edward. And they both realize the threat they pose to each other. Kevin when nominating Edward reasoned that he stands in his way to the coveted US $ 200,000 and that he is his biggest threat.

Although from the point Edward won the head of house task for the third time in 4 weeks he knew right away that he would swap him up for eviction. Even Edward did not hesitate saving Mzamo and putting up Kevin in her place. The closest competitor to Edward and Kevin is perhaps Emma. The 24-year-old Angolan could go all the way to the final three.

Who will eat Nkenna's porridge?

The 23-year-old Nigerian claims she has never had sex and that she fears to give her "pot of porridge" to any man because he will run away after that. Interestingly she says she would like to break her virginity to someone she does not love or care about - a total stranger, she says.

"I don't want any emotion attached. There is a difference between love and breaking my virginity". She says her numerous relationships have broken not because of anything else, but sex. One relationship reportedly lasted 6 months and the guy sent her a text saying he would rather call her his sister, "coz even with a fellow man they would have done one or two things".
